Interpretos Local is a commercial software product. Individual integrations are licensed separately and may be at different release stages:
| Integration | Status | Terms |
|-------------|--------|-------|
| IBM Maximo | Production | Fully supported. Covered by standard commercial license. |
| Oracle E-Business Suite | Beta | Provided as-is with no warranty. Subject to change. |
| PeopleSoft HCM | Beta | Provided as-is with no warranty. Subject to change. |
Production integrations are covered by your commercial license agreement and receive full support.
Beta integrations are offered for evaluation and early adoption. They may contain bugs, have incomplete features, or change without notice. No warranty is provided for beta integrations, express or implied.
Your license file specifies which integrations you are entitled to use and their respective status.
The software contains proprietary knowledge patterns, retrieval configurations, prompt engineering, and methodology (collectively, "Proprietary Content") that constitute trade secrets and confidential information of Interpretos. The Proprietary Content is protected by technical measures including encryption and compilation.
You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
(a) Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or any component thereof, including but not limited to compiled bytecode (.pyc files), encrypted pattern files (.md.enc files), or any other protected content;
(b) Extract, copy, or reconstruct the knowledge patterns, retrieval configurations, prompt templates, or any other Proprietary Content embedded in the software, whether by technical means, observation of outputs, or any other method;
(c) Circumvent or disable any technical protection measures, including but not limited to encryption, compilation, access controls, or license enforcement mechanisms;
(d) Create derivative works based on the Proprietary Content, or use extracted knowledge to build, train, or improve any competing product or service;
(e) Redistribute the software, Docker image, or any extracted content to any third party not covered by your license agreement;
(f) Use the software's outputs (including processing logs, error messages, or API responses) to systematically reconstruct the Proprietary Content.
You agree to treat the Proprietary Content as confidential information and to protect it using at least the same degree of care you use to protect your own confidential information, but no less than reasonable care.

Interpretos Local connects to your existing licensed application instances using read-only database queries (SELECT statements) and published APIs. No vendor software is redistributed. No database schema modifications are made.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their use of Interpretos Local is compatible with their existing software licensing agreements, including but not limited to Oracle restricted-use database licenses and IBM user entitlements. Any breach of Section 3 (Intellectual Property Protection) shall entitle Interpretos to immediate termination of your license and injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
